Y mas:
si antes ponían mariposa, ahora pon velocidad cuchara y giro a la izquierda de
por lo demás las velocidades 1 y 2 son iguales
y a partir de la 3 1/2 será la 4 en la nueva.
La 4 en la th21 habrá que sumarle una para la th31 que será la 5. La 5 de la 21 será la 6 y.....

Para montar (ya sea nata o claras) siempre vas a necesitar la mariposa a la velocidad 3 1/2.
Para batir huevos con azúcar y darles volumen (c**o en el brazo de gitano) tambiénhace falta la mariposa y al 3 1/2.
Nunca pongas la mariposa a velocidad superior al 3 1/2
