?Alguien ha enviado alguna vez un correo electronico a Vorwerk?
Antes que nada ?hola a todos! Soy nueva este foro, aunque llevo un tiempecito leyendo vuestros posts para convencerme de la super-inversión que quiero hacer... Es que tengo mucho miedo de que sólo me sirva de florero...
Bueno, a lo que iba... Quiero comprarme la thermomix y he querido pedir información del modelo que comercializan en Francia y si llegará a España y de momento no me han respondido... ?es normal? Hace solo una semanilla que mandé el correo electrúnico, y lo hice en un inglés macarrúnico y luego lo repetú en castellano, (es que de Alemán no tengo ni pajolera idea)
?Creis que me responderan? Es que pienso que o a) no han entendido mis preguntas o b) No les interesa vender la nueva thermomix fuera de francia.... Y vosotros... ?que pensais?

Yo mandé un mail al servicio de atenci?n al cliente y me respondieron.

Pues al llegar a casa he abierto el correo y... tar? ALLI ESTABA LA RESPUESTA.
Estoy esperando que mi cosita llegue del trabajo para que me lo traduzca, entre tanto os dejo la respuesta, por si quereis "inpruve your english"

unfortunately we cannot supply you with any advertising material for the new
TM 31 because we lauched the trade of this product just today.
I think we can send you brochures etc in approx. three weeks.
But the TM 31 will be sold in Spain soon. It is that we tested the market
ability for the new product in Italy and France and therefore these coutries
lauched selling process earlier than the other countries. But now after the
testing process is over all European countries will start to sell the TM 21
soon.
I think it won't take long until you can contact your local
Thermomix-Represantative to get acces to the latest version of the
Thermomix.
