However, I have found the amount of my order has been charged in my account, so that meant there was no problem when inserting the credit card security code.
I also sent you again my credit card security code, but again you required a bank statement to identify me as the credit card holder.

Ya lo s?, que suelen ser serios. Pero, a una le da un poco de resquemor que pasen esas cosas. Yo compro bastante por internet y nunca he tenido un problema, pero cuando ocurren cositas de estas...una ya piensa mal.
Debe ser porque conozco lo que suele haber tras las webs en temas de seguridad.

me han contestado al mail que les envie ayer solicitandoles la anulacion del pedido y devolucion del dinero y creo que me vuelven a decir lo mismo

No, no dice lo mismo...ahora dice que la tarjeta de cr?dito no tiene el mismo domicilio que dónde tú has solicitado que te envien el pedido.

Es posible que los extractos te lleguen a casa, pero que la tarjeta tenga c**o domicilio un domicilio anterior.
Puede que hayas hecho el cambio de domicilio de tu cuenta bancaria ( que es Quién manda los extractos) pero que en VISA figure un domicilio anterior, cuando comprueban los datos, los comprueban con VISA, no con tu banco...de ahí que no coincida el domicilio.
Si aún sigues interesada en el pedido ( está claro que la FRESA sí quiere enviarte el pedido), llama a Visa y compru?balo con ellos...no con tu banco.

La tarjeta es del Carrefour la VISA agil y siempre los resumenes mensuales de las compras en carrefour asi c**o la gasolina y las compras realizadas en otras tiendas todo me viene a mi domicilio
no se voy a escanear un recibo de la luz, comunidad o algo de eso y se lo enviare a ver si con eso vale, cuando lo tenga te lo digo para ver c**o les pongo que les envio el recibo para que comprueben que es mi domicilio y el sitio donde tienen que entregar el pedido
