You need :
- Alcohol
- Pigments
- A little spoon
- A little bowl
- Empty refills (I’ve bought an eyeshadow palette at Claire’s and I’ve taken off the eyeshadow powder)
Mix 2 spoons of pigments with 1 spoon of alcohol. You can decide your own quantity, you can build in more alcohol if you want.
How it looks like : (I should have built in more alcohol on Azreal blue, the texture is a little dry)
Put the mixture into a refill with one or two little spoons.
If there are some waves, you can make them flat with a crochet needle or something like that (on the pic it's Sunnydaze pigment) :
Wait 24 hours to make the alcohol evaporate, then press the pigment
with a coin. I’ve used an old "10 Francs" coin, it fills perfectly but it tends to get stucked so I’ve sticked some moss on it and I use the «moss face » to press the pigment and it works.
