te copio/pego dos formulas "profesionales" de jabón para lavadora en perfecto inglés. Habría que investigar un poco que productos pueden conseguirse fácilmente y cuáles habría que reemplazar.
Las cantidades son porcentajes en peso.

Te los paso, si necesitas más ayuda me escribes y vemos que se puede hacer.

Ultra Liquid Laundry Detergent

Alpha-Step MC-48 (Sodium methyl 2-sulfolaurate and disodium 2-solfolaurate)

Procedure:
Combine Alpha-Step MC-48, propylene glycol, alcohol ethoxylate and water while mixing until solution is homogeneous. Heat to approximately 50°C, add sodium oleate and mix until solution is again homogenous. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature and add the remaining ingredients with mixing. Adjust pH with caustic soda or citric acid if necessary.

Procedure:
Gently blend all powdered products together. Slowly add liquid products while blending until well absorbed and powder is free-flowing.

Properties:
pH (10% aqueous) = 10-12; Appearance @ 25°C = free flowing powder
