Panini de queso y ajo Soy muy fan de los paninis pero viendo el precio en los supermercados por dos piezas no demasiado grandes no hay duda que hacerlos caseros es sin duda más económico y con unos pocos ingredientes se consiguen buenos resultados . Tenía 5 lonchas de queso que languidecían en la nevera y como me pirra el queso bien derretido y disfruto mucho con el ajo, el paso lógico fue unir los dos ingredientes aprovechando media barra de pan. la verdad es que te sale un tosta vegetariana super rica PANINI DE QUESO Y AJO Ingredientes : Media barra de pan 5 lonchas de queso de vaca tierno Roncero Tomate frito casero Hida Dientes de ajo Orégano Sal Preparación: Encender el grill del Horno. Cortar el pan por la mitad a lo largo Colocar sobre la rejilla del horno papel de hornear y colocar el pan encima primero por el lado de la corteza. Cuando el grill esté ya bien caliente meter el pan y hornear un momento hasta que la corteza se note crujiente. Darle la vuelta al pan y repite el proceso. Retirarlo cuando esté tostado y algo doradito. Sacar el pan del horno untarlo con un poco de tomate frito y acomodar encima las loncha de queso el ajo cortado en rodajas. Sazonar con un poco de sal y orégano. Meterlo en el horno y sacar cuando el queso esté derretido. Sacar con cuidado y acomodarlo en un plato. Ya sólo queda disfrutarlo -

sopa maravilla con verduras, garbanzos y salchichas SOPA MARAVILLA CON VERDURAS, GARBANZOS Y SALCHICHAS Ingredientes 2 personas plato único: 4 salchichas de pavo 1 patata grande 1 zanahoria mediana 130 gr de garbanzos Un puñado de guisantes congelados 50 gr de pasta maravilla 1/4 cucharadita de cúrcuma 20 gr de caldo de verduras en polvo 1/4 cucharadita de ajo en polvo 1/4 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo 1,100 l. de agua Preparación: Pelar la patata y zanahoria, cortar la zanahoria en cubitos pequeños y la patata en cubos o trozos más grandes. Cortar las salchichas de pavo en rodajas. Escurrir los garbanzos de su líquido de conservación y enjuaga bajo el grifo. Meter en una cacerola antiadherente todos los ingredientes menos la pasta maravilla. Añadir el agua a punto de ebullición ( yo lo he calentado en el microondas) y poner a fuego fuerte. Cuando vuelva a hervir cocinar por 5 minutos a fuego medio-bajo tapado y removiendo de vez en cuando. Pasados los 5 minutos añadir la pasta maravilla y seguir cocinando tapado y removiendo de vez en cuando. La sopa estará lista cuando la pasta esté cocida. -
