A petición popular traigo a este lado el reto que vamos a iniciar de cara a la operación bikini, si alguien quiere apuntarse puede hacerlo en cualquier momento.

Hola chicas, ya falta menos para esa época en la que los bombonazos debemos pasear por la sombra para evitar derretirnos, así que para no descuidar la figura y lucir palmito ya sea con bikini, trikini o en pelotillas, porque no hacer un reto de estos que tanto nos gustan!!!???

En esta ocasión el reto va a ser un poco más largo dará comienzo el lunes 21 de abril (lunes santo) y llegará a su fin el domingo 29 de junio, lo que significa que tenemos 10 semanas para conseguir nuestro ansiado objetivo.

Os recuerdo que a partir de ahora podeis empezar a apuntaros cuando querais, el peso lo podeis dar cuando os venga bien siempre que paseis una vez a la semana.

También os recuerdo que es mejor que fijemos objetivos que podamos llegar a cumplir, que sean realistas, para que no nos desesperemos si no los conseguimos, desde que he participado en retos hay muchas de nosotros que se ponen objetivos poco realistas y luego llega la frustración...normalmente el plan indica que entre 2-3 kilos al mes es la media de perdida de peso.

En el reto anterior propuse una idea para tratar de incentivarnos que era la del plato de comida, muchas de vosotras disteis plato pero la gran mayoría no se le ocurría nada...en esta ocasión traigo una nueva forma de incentivo, en un bote de cristal podemos ir metiendo dinero en función de lo que adelgacemos o engordemos, os explico, si una semana adelgazas, introduces 10 centimos por cada 100 gramos que has adelgazado (por ejemplo adelgazo 300 gramos meto 30 cts), sin embargo si engordas, introduces 10 ctms por cada 100 gr que cojas multiplicado por 5 para penalizar(engordo 300 gramos, serian 30 ctsx5=1.50 euros), además si no hacemos ejercicio nos multamos poniendo 50 centimos cada dia que vagueemos. La idea es, ir acumulando ese dinerito y cuando acabe el reto darnos un capricho, o bien una camiseta, o un pantalon o un masaje o irnos a cenar con alguien, o cine o teatro, o unos pendientes... lo que cada una kiera, como recompensa, peeeero si no lo cumplimos no se puede tocar ese dinero hasta el próximo reto que consigamos y además como penalización metemos 5 euros por lo malas que hemos sido...

yo llevo haciendo esto desde que empecé la dieta, (tb meto dinero en el bote por cada reto que supero o cuando cambio de decena...) no lo he tocado aún porque quiero esperar a llegar a mantenimiento para autoregalarme algo que cuando lo vea me recuerde mi esfuerzo.... yo he puesto esas tarifas que son las mias...pero que cada una las ponga en función de lo que pueda y si quiere que esto no es nada obligatorio...solo es una idea. Es una forma de decir me gusta esa camiseta pero hasta que no supere el reto no me la compro...y encima una talla menos jajjajaja

Yo no se muy bien en que peso estoy porque no he podido estar en mi farmacia de siempre pero el jueves yo os traigo mi peso de inicio. Yo en principio quiero perder cuatro kilos que con todas las celebraciones que me vienen es un reto bastante atrevido pero pretendo combinarlo con ejercicio. Así que a por ellos!

os encontré!!! jajajaja, no sé porqué llegué al otro hilo.... la verdad que no me aclaraba mucho al principio con lo que era propoint o flexipoint... ahora ya lo sé y yo la que empecé en enero es la de los propoints.

El peso de hoy ha sido de 76.1, muy contenta con los resultados de éstos 3 meses, empecé el 13 de enero con 86.600, ha sido una bajada de 10.500 kg!! puedo estar contenta con el resultado, ya que por trabajo tengo viajes y comidas/cenas de trabajo con lo que me es muy difícil seguirla al 100%, pero esto ha sido una de las cosas que más me ha convencido del sistema de Entulinia, que no tienes que tirar la toalla por haberte excedido en algún momento. Os pego éste rollo más que nada para las que empiezan, para que vean que si cuando puedes lo haces bien esto funciona.
Bueno, ahora sí, a mojarme con mi reto operación bikini!!!! buff, me quedan poquitos por bajar, la verdad que no creo que llegue a lo 72 kilos, pero lo voy a intentar. Son 4.100 menos que lo que peso ahora, pero hace tantísimos años que no llego a éste peso que no sé si es un reto asumible. Como nos hemos marcado un tiempo largo voy a intentarlo y si no, pues hasta donde llegue

Yo fui una de las gallinas que se apuntó al otro reto y luego no fichó... Pero esta vez la propuesta va en serio, el verano está demasiado cerca y no puedo continuar así. Encima empiezo el reto con más kg. (aunque parte de la culpa la tiene mi peso nuevo que pesa dos kg. más que el antiguo) comienzo 74.1 y espero llegar a las 68 para empezar el verano. A ver, yo también me apunto....creo que llego a tiempo.
Mañana pongo mi peso, pues entre torrijas, bollos, comida que nos ha mandado mi suegra por que yo estaba procesionando... y otros desmanes varios.....................prefiero no pesarme hasta mañana.
Mi peso objetivo es 57 kgs. A ver si con el retito, me animo.

Hola a todas! En primer lugar gracias por iniciar un nuevo reto y hacerlo con tanto interés y simpatía. Me gustaría participar en el, es mas lo necesito...
Mi peso de partida es 72 k. (malditas vacaciones!!!!) mi meta 68,5. Esta semana sigo de vacaciones, pero hay que poner el freno yaaa.
