Buenos días:)

 

 Por fin... parece que cambia el tiempo:porfavor:

Aunque aquí nos hemos levantado con 18 :nodigona:

Al levantarme me he sentado con el café... y he pensado que raro que no esté el desayuno....:coqueta::beso:

Pero eso que te llevas por delante... haber dormido un poco más .... aunque si alguna vez me pasa, me molesta profundamente si tengo que ir acelerada:lol:

 

Ya os contaba que ando liada... con diferentes temas y tengo la semana completa, además tengo una visita el Jueves y mañana vienen a comer mis niños... ya veré si me lio o no:dientes:

 

Entro a saludar que voy a salir en breve a comprar y a la dietista... luego a la tarde mi taller.

Niñaaaa te imagino ir a recoger a V. y achucharlo mucho :coqueta: pronto no te dejará :lol:

De extra ayer me trajeron un saco de manzanas...asi k toca poner la thermomix a funcionar y empezar hacer dulce y compota....habra k pasar por alimerka a por kilosss varios de azucar y limones, ja,ja,ja

Buenos días @Vicky y todas.

Muchas gracias por la dieta, que hoy me viene de maravilla después de los atracones de ayer:lol:

El día pues muy húmedo, sol y nubarrones y caloret, a ver como acaba el día, que dicen que igual llueve, y no me gustaría, al menos por la tarde, a ver si aguanta hasta la noche, que he quedado con mi nueva amigui a tomar café después del gym:duda:

Pues ayer muy requetebién, la feria espectacular, muchísima gente de todas partes, la feria está en Agramunt, un pueblo de Lérida, y son famosos los turrones y el chocolate a la piedra, pero además había infinidad de variaciones de todas las clases imaginables....:o

También había feria de productos salados, como longanizas, fuets,  butifarras, quesos etc...osea, que si empezabas a degustar por ahí y acababas en los turrones te ibas a casa comido:lol:

La verdad es que, como las guías ya me conocen, saben con quien ponerme, y siempre aciertan:up: lo pasé genial, que de eso se trataba;)

Pues eso, que hoy toca GAP (glúteos, abdominales y piernas) y habrá que hacer un esfuerzo doble para quemar todo....:lol: pero que me quiten lo bailao, que también bailé:nodigona::lol::lol:

@Maqui la motivación está en tí, por más que yo te diga, si no pones de tu parte, malament, que dicen los catalanes:lol:

A mí es que me encanta hacer ejercicio, salgo super encantada, muy ágil y ligera, y luego claro, duermo de maravilla, sin pastillazos, y eso para mí es muy importante,  y anímicamente ni te cuento, una pasada, de todas formas yo llevo haciendo ejercicio desde los 18 años, y eso también cuenta, lo que pasa que este año, entre las dos bajas que tuve y las vacaciones, pues me costó al volver, pero enseguida se coge el ritmo. Al principio cuesta, como todo, luego sobre ruedas;)

Yo entiendo que a algunas os de pereza, a mí también algunas veces, y pienso....hoy me iría a casita a descansar y tal pero..... enseguida pienso en los beneficios y se me pasa la tontería y hala! liberar endorfinas, que ya sabéis que son las hormonas de la felicidad....pues eso, que os animo a las que  tenéis en mente hacer ejercicio, bien andando por la calle o el monte, o bien en el gym, ya sea nadando o lo que mejor os vaya y tal, que poquito a poco se consigue :D:up:

Ahora estoy pensando a ver si voy a la feria de la calabaza a Calaf o a otro pueblo llamado Catí, famoso por el queso que hacen, con visita a la fábrica:duda:

Bueno, pues después de la parrafada voy a seguir currando:lol:y que muchos besukis a todas:beso:

Buenos días. Hoy hemos amanecido con tormenta, y lo que es mucho peor, de nuevo con lumbalgia, así que poquitas ganas de escribir, que parece como si todos los huesos quisieran salir a la vez del cuerpo que los aprisiona.

 

@Vicky  Me alegra que hayas hecho todo en la casa, hasta la comida de toda la semana, y así te puedas dedicar a disfrutar con V. todo el tiempo. Aprovecha cada instante, que en seguida crecen y comienzan a hacer su propia vida. Si no llueve tocará circuito.;)

el tiempo nublado y ventoso.

hoy teníamos la reunión antes y me ido sin desayunar, cojo algo del la mesa de espe:lol:

@covaro A mí también me da muchísima pereza empezar con zapatos y pantys... ¡uf los panties, me aprietan mucho la cintura y termino con muchos gases por ese motivo.

 

@neska pues voy a tener que hacer algún tipo de ejercicio sí o sí. Hoy me han dado resultados de una resonancia magnética y tengo un poco de osteoporosis en columna, por suerte no ha llegado a la cadera así que no necesito medicación pero sí:

A) Necesito hacer algún tipo de ejercicio para frenar el avance de la osteoporosis

B) Reducir los cafés al mínimo posible (tomo 3 al día, procuraré tomar uno y sustiuir lo demás por un te)

C) Alimentos con calcio.

 

Me iré mentalizando e intentaré ser responsable.
