yo aqui sigo toda ilusionada, de momento e vencido una tentacion mi amiga viene
a comer a casa y yo sigo con mi menu, y ni oler la comida que le prepare a ella.

decir que estoy asiendo la dieta del bocadillo, ayer empese y me siento fenomenal
xq yo en la noche necesito un poquito de hidratos mi cuerpo me lo pide a gritos
es la unica forma de no picar entre horas.

y me parece que esta la voy aser perfecta de momento ni ansiedad ni nada.

buenas!!!

Que tal va el domingo?? yo ya he empezado mal el dia, he desayunado mermelada normal y margarina. y ahora me voy a comer fuera con mis suegros, así que de dieta nanai. :(:(

Ayer me porte fatal en la cena, tomamos uno fritos de maiz y unos frutos secos antes de cenar con una copita de vino y de postre el sorbete (mejor dicho granizado, que quedó muy liquido) lo hice con sandia y cubitos de agua de valencia con su cava y su azucar y para rematar 4 trufas de choco :bate::bate: el lunes haber como va la bascula.

Bueno mañana os cuento.

Hola chicas! , bueno lo primero, ayer no pude entrar porque estuve de obras en casa :evil: ... menuda paliza que me he metido!!!
Bueno, Isabel, bienvenida!!! que bien que seamos una más, así nos damos ánimos mutuos y :bate: cuando haga falta.
Bueno lo primero dejo mi menú de ayer que sino se me va el santo al cielo y el de hoy:
Sábado:
Desayuno: Actimel 0%. Leche desnatada y puñado de cereales special K.
Comida: un mini sandwich cuando se fueron los del aire acondicionado que eran las 5, naranja, y yogurt.
Cena: Ensalada ( yo tb pequé cogí un trocito de pizza), una manzana y yogurt.
Domingo:
Desayuno: Actimel 0%, leche desnatada con un mini puñadito de special K y he probado dos galletitas gullon que las compré ayer.
Comida: champis al ajillo y sandía ( he hecho tb cinta de lomo guisada con patatitas pero no comeré) hoy quiero hacerlo en plan choque.
Merienda: Fruta y yogurt.
Cena: ensalada completa y yogurt.

Bueno Nitt, como verás yo tb peco de vez en cuando, pero es normal sino no seríamos personas normales, además la vida tb hay que vivirla y disfrutarla, lo importante es volver en la siguiente comida con la dieta normal y listo! y sin remordimientos eh??? que te veo!
Bueno yo ayer estaba en 59,200. Voy bajando 200-300 gramos al día, aunque la prox semana me toca la regla y me imagino que no concordarán los pesos, intentaré no pesarme.
Por cierto Isabel tú cuanto tienes que perder??? oye y eso de los bocatas por la noche no te engorda??? yo es que como me pase un pelín por la noche subo en un periquete.

maria, veras estoy haciendo la dieta del bocadillo, pues yo hago todo perfecto pero en la tarde noche me entra una ansia por comer algo de hidratos que no lo resisto
y termino picando algo, vi la dieta del bocadillo y dije esta pa mi por probar no
pierdo nada, si veo que engordo la dejo y llevo nada 3 dias y estoy muy contenta
xq no pico que es mi problema la hago ala perfeccion de momento :lol::lol: y lo mejor es que no tengo ansiedad, al contrario mi bocadillo me sienta de maravilla
uff me kedo de bien que no veas.

como llevo poco pues no e kerido pesarme pero si te digo que engordar no lo
hecho al contrario por increible que me paresca me siento ligera.


quiero bajar 5 kilos. y aqui estaré para animarme de momento estoy feliz :lol::lol::lol:

Hola guapisimas!!!

Bueno ya os he dicho mi desayuno, la comida fue la bomba, todo super rico, pero me he pegado un atracón :nodigona: , os voy ha dar un poco de envidia :burla: he comido risotto negro con calamares y cigalas y quesadilla de pollo, de postre sorbete de limón al cava, todo riquisimo, pero no se yo como me sentará en la bascula.
Para cenar me he portado bien y he tomado un poco de gazpacho con pepino y sandia.

Mañana no se como me portaré pq en Barcelona es fiesta, así que ya veremos, intentaré portarme bien.

Maria a mi tambien me tiene que venir la regla la esta semana, así que estaremos las dos igual, haber si vencemos la tentación de la bascula, que veo que en eso somos igual :nodigona: , de las que se pesan casi todos los dias.

isabel me puedes pasar la dieta del bocadillo??, por ahora no la voy ha hacer, pero me gustaria tenerla, guardo recetas y dietas, pa compensar :lol::lol:

buenas!!!

Bueno pues como suponia, al tener fiesta me he pasado, esta mañana pesaba 53.700 Kg, pero creo que mañana pesaré más :cry::cry:

Esta mañana fui a la playa y cuando llegué a casa me dio pereza cocinar, así que fuimos a tomar unas tapas :bate::bate:

A lo que vamos mi menú de hoy:

Desayuno: cafe con leche semi, 2 biscotes con mermelada light y zumo de naranja.
Media mañana: nada, desayune tarde.
Comida: tapitas y helado :evil::evil:
Merienda: nada. ya comí suficiente.
Cena: Un poco de Gazpacho con pepino y sandía. (supongo)

Mañana me portaré bien :porfavor:

A los buenos lunes chicas!
Bueno pues yo sigo bien, la verdad es que estos días noto que tengo menos ansiedad.
Nitt esta semana no me toca la regla, es que me había confundido, como estoy con los parches ya cuento por semanas y me había comido una! así que de momento nada.
Yo estoy un poco desilusionada, hago la dieta bien, y no estoy perdiendo como debiera hoy me he pesado 59,500. Ando rondando que si 59,200, otros días 59,300, otros 59,500 pero no pierno nada. No sé.Y ya menos no puedo comer!
Bueno dejo el report de hoy:
Desayuno:Infusión cola de caballo, dos biscotes con mermelada.
Media mañana: Té menta poleo, dos biscotes con jamón york y queso.
Comida: Guiso pero muy light con nada de aceite y la patatita cocida eh??? filetes de lomo con patatas ( tres trocines de na), un yogurt.
Merienda: Sandía y yogur.
Cena: pues algo ligerito, todavía no sé, porque hoy he hecho macarrones con atún pero claro yo ni probarlos, así que o ensaladita y yogurt o frutita y yogurt.
La verdad que ahora en Madrid está haciendo un calorrrrrr, hoy 30 grados y me ayuda porque tengo menos hambre y más ganas de beber agua.
Nitt que envidia esos 53 kilines, jou y yo qué hago mal??? es que casi con la dieta que estoy como en mantenimiento. Vale que al principio hace unos 15 días entré con 60 61 pero ahoraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....

Bueno pues yo tb me cuelo hoy antes!
Isabel, pues tu tb estas muy bien de peso, aiiii quién pillara esos 53 kilos.
Yo hoy me he vuelto a pesar es pa :bate: y 59,500 la báscula no baja ni a tiros y no me paso nada, anoche cené fruta y un yogur. Imagino que tb influirá que no voy bien al baño y voy acumulando.
Bueno hoy voy a ver si me doy un buen empujón:
Desayuno: Cola de caballo, tres galletas gullon.
Media mañana: Menta poleo, dos lonchas de jamón york y dos de queso ( he quitado los biscotes).
Comida: una ensalada completa, yogurt.
Merienda: naranja y yogurt.
Cena: Tortilla a la francesa de un huevo con atún natural y una manzana.

Estoy intentando beber más agua además. Chicas, dónde puede estar el fallo???
