Buenos días!!!

Subo este tema, aunque es antiguo, porque yo la he empezado esta semana.

Nunca he sido muy partidaria de las dietas disociadas. Hace un tiempo perdí bastante con la WW, de los puntos , pero he vuelto a coger los kilos, y muchos más de propina.:o

Y en zumba tengo dos compañeras que van a una nutricionista que hay en una herboristería de mi barrio. Una hace un año y pico que está, y ha perdido más de veinte kilos!! Otra lleva dos meses y ha perdido diez. Así que, animada por los resultados, me he dedicido a apuntarme yo también con esta dietista, porque por mi cuenta ya veo yo que no lo consigo.

Dieta Activa combina una alimentación específica con auriculoterapia (que se supone que te ayuda con la ansiedad) y algo de ejercicio. 

Esta semana he empezado con una dieta depurativa, que es muy básica:

 

Desayuno:

-Kiwi o naranja y un café con leche, infusión o té

-Un bocadillo con pavo, fiambre de pollo ó jamon de york o ibérico o serrano (sin grasa). El pan sin tomate (aunque yo tenía los bocadillos de la semana ya preparados y congelados para llevar al trabajo con tomate restregado, espero que eso no sea crucial!!!)

 

Comida:

-De primero, ensalada verde: lechuga, rúcula, canónigos,.... pepino, y podemos añadir proteína como palitos de surimi, atún, gambitas, pavo,....

-De segundo, carne (pollo, pavo, cordero, ternera, conejo... todo menos cerdo), pescado (blanco, azul, marisco,...) o huevos

-Si queremos también infusión, te o café

 

Merienda:

-Una gelatina o un yogur o infusión, café o té

 

Cena:

-1 o 2 tazas de caldo depurativo (puerro, cebolla y apio, unos 40 minutos y colarlo, sin comerse las verduras). Se le puede echar sal y pimienta al gusto.

-De segundo, carne blanca, pescado blanco ó una tortilla

- Si se quiere, café, té o infusión

 

Se aconsejan 3-4 huevos durante la semana. 3 veces carne blanca (pollo, pavo, conejo) 3 veces pescado, y 1 vez carne roja (ternera, cordero).

La ensalada se puede aliñar con vinagreta, pero el vinagre de vino o manzana, nunca de módena.

Se puede usar un poquito de mayonesa casera con moderación, ó mostaza de dijon.

La nutricionista me ha comentado que si quiero puedo tomarme una bebida 0.0 al día, ó gaseosa. Pero yo prefiero beber agua y ya está.

Dieta Activa colabora con una gama de productos Tres Diet. Para estos primeros días me aconsejó que en ayunas tomara jalea real, y también me "aconsejó" un suplemento diurético-depurativo ( a base de alcachofa, abedul, limon y no sé qué más) que se ponen 4 tapones en 1.5 lts de agua y esa agua es la mínima que debo tomar a lo largo del día.

 

Esto es para la primera semana. A partir de la semana siguiente se van añadiendo alimentos. Esta dieta considera que cada persona tolera mejor unos alimentos que otros,  y busca, introduciendo los alimentos paulatinamente, encontrar el equilibrio ideal para cada uno para sentirse bien. Pero la que lleva dos meses y ha perdido diez kilos, ya me dijo que ella todavía no prueba la pasta.... Sinceramente, yo siempre he sido mucho de hidratos de carbono . Todas las semanas cae pizza, y patata y pasta... Voy a necesitar un cambio de hábitos bastante fuerte!!!! 

 

Si me acuerdo de algo más os lo voy poniendo. ya os contaré cómo lo llevo.

Y me puedes decir una que no tenga efecto rebote?  Y que sea sana,  que se pueda comer de todo. Porque yo ya no se como hacerlo. 

primero que para no tener rebote es no volver a comer lo que comias,es decir mal,tienes que seguir comiendo bien,solo puedes un dia a la semana o mejor al mes,darle un susto al cuerpo y comerte algo de lo "prohibido"dicen que es bueno .....

Buenos días,

 

Después de un mes con dieta activa, deciros que estoy bastante contenta.

Aunque la primera semana fue durilla, y la segunda también porque la dietista me añadió calabacín y berenjena y ya está, a fecha de hoy ya es mucho más variada. Ya puedo comer casi todo tipo de frutas (manzana, pera, naranja, kiwi, fresas, piña, sandía,...) y verduras( ensalada, calabacín, berenjena, coliflor, brócoli, setas, espárragos,...). Lo único que sigue restrictivo son los hidratos de carbono, es decir, pasta, arroz y patatas nada de nada y pan el bocadillo de la mañana.

Aunque recomiendan el suplemento ese de mezclar con agua, yo no lo uso. Y pierdo cada semana 700 grs - 1 kg. Y reconozco que algún cachito de pizza o alguna patata frita ha caído jejeje. Sin contar días locos como el domingo día de la madre, que ya fue un desfase total!!!

Pues más de uno ha habido jijiji

El caso es que ya he perdido 8 kilitos, que no está nada mal. He pasado semanas que no he perdido nada porque me he pasado... en San Juan gané 2 kilos!!! y encima estuve dos semanas sin poder ir al control. Resultado, esta semana fui y pesaba 200 gr menos que para San Juan. Me doy con un canto en los dientes!!!!

Reconozco que no la hago estrictamente. Si un fin de semana hay pollo asado con patatas, me como media patata asada que me sabe a gloria. Y si un día en casa se pide pizza para cenar, pues yo también como. Seguramente podría perder más rápido si lo hiciera a rajatabla, pero prefiero darme estos caprichos para que no se me haga tan duro, y creo que así evito un poco el efecto rebote. 

Aún me quedan 5-8 kilos por perder. Y lo que más miedo me da es el mantenimiento... Ya os contaré!!!

Las dietas son buenas, pero no hay nada mejor que el ejercicio, si comes y no quemas esas calorías viene el sobrepeso, pero si comes y haces diariamente ejercicio quemaras esas calorías y jamas engordaras.

 

Lo único malo del ejercicio es que al principio cuesta hacerlo, pero después de 30 días se convertirá en habito y te resultara mas fácil.

buenos dias soy nuevo ,yo comence ayer esta dieta dieta activa y esto tomando lo que usted pone aqui me lo mando la nutricionista ,mi pregunta es en el desyuno e tomado pan tostado integral con jamon dulce ayer y hoy con pavo y un cafe, los kiwis se toman tambien ? o es a elejir entre kiwis y las tostadas,es que como me dijo tanto la nutricionista estoy hecho un lio ,haver si me puede ayudar, muchas gracias y un saludo
