Salió bien. Le quise poner 5 horas en Boiling (son castellanos, que la vez anterior en 3 horas no estaban hechos), pero el máximo de este modo es 4 horas. Así que le puse 4 horas y luego a las 2 horas corté y le volví a programar 3 horas.

Les puse solamente con agua y sal.

Con el bacalao y las acelgas quedaron buenos. No perfectos, hay que trabajar mas esa receta ;)

Yo los hago en sopa nutricional. La primera vez los tuve 3 horas, pero salieron duros, así que ahora los pongo 4 horas, sin remojar, y me salen tiernos y cremosos (tengo que decir que cambié de marca de garbanzos, porque siempre me salían duros, y ahora perfectos).

También, en el grupo de Facebook, he visto que hay quien los hace en el programa aging, 5 horas. Tengo que probarlo.

por aquí bien, confinados y cocinando a toda máquina....aunque pocas tengo, mi maicú a tope me echa una buena mano:dientes:

En condiciones normales, de lunes a viernes como sola, pero dadas las circunstancias y con todos trabajando desde casa, la familia numerosa ha vuelto a reunirse, y las fieras comen muuuuucho. Y por no salir, Hago hasta el pan, que hacía siglos que no hacía!!! 
Hemos resucitado la Wii, para estar en forma, y de 7 a 8 de la tarde toca zumba, bolos....lo que sea, y también Pilates, pues soy adicta, y gracias a dios tengo material para aburrir, (Fitball, aro, cojín de equilibrio, pesas....) y abajo hay hasta banco de abdominales y barras y pesas de cross Fit, pero eso se lo dejo a mis hijos, hasta ahí no llego).

Despues a las 20.00h, aplauso solidario, aunque en mi caso bastante solitario, pues en la urbanización las casas están algo separadas y no nos oyemos mucho.

No me puedo quejar, tengo casa grande y jardín, y doy gracias por poder estar con mi familia, pues sé que mucha gente tiene que estar sola, y es duro.

Os voy leyendo y espero que todo pase lo antes posible.

@Icook me alegro que estés bien y disfrutando de la familia. Yo también hago Pilates y zumba en casa, pero sola :(, pero no me quejo, que tengo familia, muy buenos amigos y vecinos aunque ahora no podamos vernos, ni reunirnos, pero ya lo haremos y lo disfrutaremos más porque seremos más conscientes de que las cosas no duran siempre y la vida te puede cambiar en un momento. Y tengo un piso muy acogedor con mucha luz, con una terracita donde tomo sol y el aire (cuando no llueve, claro, pero aquí no llueve mucho). Y comida, y maquinitas cocineriles pá aburrir... :coqueta:

Hola chicas, entro a saludar un momentín, Hoy hice garbanzos para mañana y pasado en la Occo tres horas y 40 minutos en el programa boilin sólo con unos ajos, una puntita de laurel, sal y un clavo. Mañana haré las verduras que lo acompañarán y de cereal mijo que ya hice hoy en el Robochef para tres días. 

@Marem creía que seguías usando el programa bolilin para los garbanzos, yo de momento con estos que compro me quedan bien ahí, la otra vez fue 3 horas y media, y estuvieron bien, pero hoy quise probar unos minutos más y bien también, no aprecié diferencia.

Esta semana hice bizcocho de zanahoria que hacía años que no hacía y hoy hice brownies de remolacha, todo siempre con poca azúcar.

Estoy viendo el último tranvia de Lina Morgan, está en Youtuve me vendrá bien para irme relajada a dormir.

@Tejita los garbanzos los hacía en el menú boiling porque en los otros programas me salían duros, pero cambié de marca de garbanzos y los hice en sopa nutricional y quedaron más mantecosos que en boiling. La verdad que no sé si será porque son otros garbanzos. Volveré a probar con estos en boiling, a ver si noto diferencia.
